According to him, Ukraine is blackmailing Hungary and Slovakia by blocking oil supplies. Gujas said that if the situation does not change, there could be a fuel shortage.
The Hungarian government believes that Kyiv is putting Budapest in a "hopeless situation.
The head of the Hungarian prime minister's office also reminded that Ukraine imports most of its electricity from Hungary and that Hungary provides asylum to many Ukrainians.
However, Budapest will not use refugees to blackmail Ukraine, the official added.

Slovak President Peter Pellegrini said he would be "forced to react" if Ukraine does not change its position on Lukoil.
Lukoil's supplies through Ukraine account for about 25-30 percent of the country's oil imports.
