HACCU authorizes special investigation in case of ex-director of Ukrspetsexport Pavlo Bukin and son of ex-NSDC official Ihor Hladkovskyi

HACCU authorized a special investigation into the former director of the state "Ukrspetsexport and the son of a former NSDC official.  As it became UNN learned from its own sources, it is the former director general of the state Ukroboronprom and its subsidiary Ukrspetsexport, Pavlo Bukin and Hladkovsky Jr. The HACC investigating judge made the relevant decision on December 14, but it became known only today, UNN reports .

On December 14, 2023, the HACC investigating judge granted the motion of the of the NABU detective, agreed with the SAPO prosecutor, to grant permission to conduct a special pre-trial investigation against the former Director General Director General of the State Concern "Ukrspecexport" and a person whose close relative held a position in the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, whose criminal actions caused damage to the SC "Ukrspecexport (which is part of the management of the state concern "Ukroboronprom) almost UAH 13 million in damages.

According to the SAPO prosecutors, this court decision makes it possible to to complete the pre-trial investigation of the suspects put on the international wanted list, and send the case to the HACC for consideration on the merits.

The SAPO added that the actions of the former Director General of Ukrspecexport is classified under Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - abuse of office. of office, which caused grave consequences.

The actions of another defendant are qualified under Part 3 of Art. 27, Part 2 of Art. 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - organization of the above-mentioned abuse.
