In Transcarpathia, in the course of implementing the available information, operatives of the Main Operational and Investigation Department and the Department of Border Guard Service "Dilove" of the Mukachevo Detachment exposed three young men who intended to smuggle a citizen of Ukraine to Romania. This was reported by the UNN reports this with reference to the State Border Guard Service.
All three smugglers are residents of the village of Bohdan. The oldest of the traffickers is 21 years old, two others are 19. For 2 thousand US dollars, the businessmen promised a 26-year-old resident of Svaliava to take him through the highlands to Romania.
The car VAZ-2109, which the organizer of the smuggling and his accomplices were using to bring the resident of Svalyava to the border, border guards stopped today on the outskirts of the village of Bohdan at 2 am.
For attempting to illegally cross the border, the offenders were drawn up under Article 204-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
In addition, the detection of signs of a crime under Art. 33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of a crime under Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal of the Criminal Code of Ukraine "Illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine", the border guards sent a report to the Rakhiv district police department.
