A fire broke out in a karaoke bar in the capital of Vietnam, killing 11 people and injuring two others. This was reported by AFP, UNN reports.

The incident occurred late on Wednesday night when fire engulfed the premises of the establishment located in the city center.
Rescuers managed to save seven people, two of whom were taken to the hospital. However, most of the people inside did not have time to get out of the burning building. The Hanoi police have already launched an investigation, suspecting deliberate arson, and have detained a suspect in the crime.
Firefighters continue to investigate the cause of the fire and assess the damage.
