An explosion was heard in Kharkiv, probably outside the city, reports UNN with reference to Suspilne.
Earlier, monitoring channels reported a missile threat to Kharkiv and the region.
The authorities urged residents of the city and region to stay in shelters.
So far, there have been no official comments on the explosions.
