On December 5, on the occasion of the International Volunteer Day, a ceremony was held in Dnipro to celebrate 50 of the brightest social initiatives from businesses in the city and region. During which they presented 10 of the most powerful initiatives of Dnipro entrepreneurs during the full-scale war. This list also includes the first open fintech ecosystem in Ukraine, Concord Fintech Solutions, founded by Elena Sosedka .

– directs a significant part (in some months-up to 50%) of its profit to charity projects;
- creates digital services and products that work for the Ukrainian economy;
- takes care of the safety and well-being of employees and their families (professional psychological support, health insurance, relocation, etc.);
- pays taxes to the state budget on time (UAH 151 million for 2022).
Despite the circumstances, CFS continues to work and invest in approaching victory. From the beginning of the full-scale invasion to the present day, thanks to the joint efforts of the ecosystem elements, charitable assistance has been provided, which is generally estimated at UAH 133,500,000
During this time, Concord Fintech Solutions helped:
- increase the defense capability of the army - UAH 101.1 million to cover the needs of the military;
- to recover seriously ill children-UAH 9.1 million for the treatment and rehabilitation of young patients;
- improve the quality of work of medical institutions - UAH 8.2 million to provide hospitals with medicines and equipment;
- provide basic necessities to war victims-humanitarian aid worth UAH 13.3 million;
- implement educational projects - UAH 0.5 million to support social initiatives.
