EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell announces the start of discussions on the EU's security commitments to Ukraine and announces a visit to Kyiv next week by a representative of the bloc to discuss it with Ukrainian counterparts. We have made progress in our security commitments for Ukraine. The Council (EU) has approved the framework. Today we started discussing it. And next week, the Assistant Secretary General for Security and Defense of the European External Action Service will travel to Kyiv to share it with our Ukrainian counterparts so that I can present it to the EU Council before the end of the year,
