The prosecutor's office has served a charge to the driver of a BMW who ran over a woman to death and injured a man on Kyiv's Big Ring Road. This is reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, UNN reports.

It is noted that on Sunday, the driver of a BMW 116i lost control of the vehicle, drove off the roadway to the right, where he hit pedestrians - a 33-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman - on the sidewalk.
"As a result of the accident, the woman died from her injuries at the scene, and the man was hospitalized in an emergency room with a preliminary diagnosis of a closed back injury, bruises to the extremities. The Drager device recorded 0.35 ppm of alcohol in his blood," the prosecutor's office said.

On the evening of April 21, a fatal road accident occurred in Kyiv, killing a 41-year-old woman. Drager testified that the driver of the BMW was not sober.
