Mariana Bezuhla has released the theses of the updated draft law on mobilization, which takes into account the comments of Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyi. It indicates that it is planned to abolish conscript service and dismiss all conscripts who, upon reaching the age of 25 will become a mobilization resource in accordance with general rules.

Bezuhla also also states that the draft law removes the right to deferment of for civil servants, law enforcement officers, prosecutors and employees of the and employees of the State Executive Service. At the same time, local government agencies and administrations will be will be obliged to carry out mobilization, rather than facilitate it, as before.

  • pregnant women and women on maternity leave;

Bezuhla notes that the following people will be able to get a deferral, but not the right to be dismissed of consecutive higher education who are less than 30 years old, scientists with academic titles and full-time teachers.
