Bad weather is raging in Kharkiv - a powerful wind tore off the roof of one of the city's buildings. The moment of the roof's destruction was recorded on video by one of the drivers, UNN reports.

It is noted that the incident occurred on Odeska Street. Currently, strong winds are raging in Kharkiv. It has also started to snow. Due to bad weather, the flag was also lowered in the city.
The Kharkiv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology warned the citizens about the bad weather.
In the morning and afternoon of November 29, gusts of southeast wind, 15-20 m/s, are expected in the city and region (I level of danger, yellow)- local forecasters said.

According to Kharkivoblenergo JSC, as of 12.00, 1700 consumers in Kharkiv region are without power due to the bad weather. In particular, there is no electricity in nine settlements in the service area of Kegichevsky, Dergachevsky, Zmievsky, Merefyansky and Bohodukhovsky districts of the power grids.
