The Army+ app has been updated - a new data protection system has been introduced and repeated user authorizations have been removed, UNN reports, citing the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The application update includes cryptographic data encryption, which made it possible to cancel automatic logout for active users. From now on, servicemen who log in to the program at least once a month will not need to re-verify
Also, the app will now automatically check the status of military personnel, which will speed up the processing of authorization applications. Soon, the app will store data for electronic reports, including the commander's Army ID and position title.
"We have received many comments and feedback from our users about the need for constant authorization in the app. Thanks to cryptography technology, we have strengthened data security. And we no longer need to require repeated authorizations for active users," said Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
According to the information, 500,000 military personnel are currently using the app.
