An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 has struck the Tonga Islands at 06:33:33 GMT on Monday, November 11. November. This was reported by the German Research Center for Geosciences GFZ, according to UNN.

The epicenter of the earthquake was located in the southwest, 134 km from the town of Neyafu, which has a population of 4 300 people.
