He noted that due to the Russian terror and abnormal heat, there is a constant shortage of generation capacity, so Ukrenergo is forced to resort to blackouts.

Shmyhal said that settlementsand facilities within a 20-kilometer zone from the border with Russia and Belarus and within 20 kilometers of the frontline zone will not be cut off from electricity in Ukraine.
