The procedure for granting vacations is changing in Ukraine. The relevant bill No. 8313 was signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to the parliament's website, UNN reports.

"21.12.2023 - returned with the signature of the President of Ukraine," the document's status report reads.
What is expected:
- leave for the birth of a child no later than 3 months from the date of birth
- leave due to the adoption of a child, regardless of the child's age
- the main uninterrupted part of the annual leave is at least 14 days
. - the maximum period of unpaid leave shall be increased from 15 to 30 days
. - 60 days of leave for demobilized persons with 2 months' salary.
As reported, the new law managed to preserve the right of employees to sabbaticals.
