"We are preparing resource requests, including planning for the next year. We are already showing the approximate figures that we will need to fulfill our tasks next year. We submit all these proposals to the Ministry of Defense as a subject of legislative initiative, which then decides how to meet these needs," explained Zaluzhnyi.
