In Mohyliv-Podilskyi district of Vinnytsia region, border guards detained two men who were trying to illegally cross the state border. This was reported by the Mohyliv-Podilskyi border guard detachment, UNN reports.
Details
The first offender was a 64-year-old citizen of Ukraine, a resident of the border area, who was heading towards the state border with the Transnistrian region of Moldova. It turned out that the man did not want to travel a long distance to the checkpoint, so he decided to travel illegally.
Another violator was detained on the banks of the Dniester River. The 44-year-old man planned to get to the neighboring country by swimming.
