The US Space Force has announced the postponement of the upcoming launch of its elusive X-37B spaceplane. The mission, called USSF-52 was scheduled for December 7, but has now been postponed to December 10. This is reported by Space.com, reports UNN.

The X-37B will be launched aboard a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket from NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. According to a statement from Space Force, the reason for the date change was a change in launch schedules and the availability of the 39A launch complex.

This will be the first launch of a reusable spaceplane on a Falcon Heavy rocket, which is important for its secret mission. Five of the six previous X-37B launches were carried out using Atlas V rockets from United Launch Alliance (ULA) rockets; one was a Falcon 9 launch.
During its last mission, the X-37B spent 908 days in orbit, returning to orbit, returning to Earth on November 12, 2022.
