He explained that the law on national minorities (communities) of Ukraine adopted in December 2022 does not apply to national communities representing the aggressor country.
He also noted that Ukraine has reached an understanding with the Venice Commission and the European Commission on the validity of the provisions of this law. He added that both commissions listened to the arguments of the Ukrainian side that the law on national minorities on national minorities should be based on the principle of mutual respect.
