In order to obtain qualification documents documents, you need to contact the Shipping Administration or the Service Center of Service Center of Maritime and River Transport of Ukraine with a relevant application and provide the required documents in paper form.
This must be done in person, through a representative or by registered mail. Also, soon, seafarers will be able to submit a corresponding application through the Diia portal
Since the beginning of 2023 sailors of the command staff have already been confirming or improving their qualifications and ranks under the new procedure at the Shipping Administration. According to the new 20 thousand officers have already received certification services under the new procedure. More than 7000 seafarers have applied online through the Diia portal.
