Russian troops attacked the border area of Chernihiv region yesterday with various weapons, including mortars, drones and artillery, resulting in 18 explosions, the Northern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported on Tuesday, UNN reported.

"During the day, Russian troops attacked the border area of Chernihiv region with various types of weapons. 18 explosions were recorded," the SBGS reported on Facebook.
As indicated, hostile attacks were recorded in Semenivka community: 18 explosions (probably from a 120-mm mortar, FPV drone and cannon artillery) in the direction of Leonivka, Tymonovychi, Zarichchia, Arkhipivka and Liskivshchyna.
There is no information on deaths and injuries among the local population as a result of the shelling.
