Chairperson-in-Office of the Chairman of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Buyar Osmani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malta Foreign Minister of Malta Ian Borg and OSCE Secretary General Helga Maria Schmid condemned Russia's massive air attacks on Ukraine.
