The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that forgery of documents is punishable by a fine or imprisonment. Thus, for the use of knowingly forged documents, citizens may receive a fine of up to 50 tax-free minimums, probation for up to 2 years, or restraint of liberty for the same period.
The only legal way to get a valid driver's license is to go through the procedure for obtaining the service yourself at a service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
