Details

The agreement on cooperation within the framework of the recruitment project for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was signed by Deputy Minister of Defense Natalia Kalmykova and co-founder and CEO of Work.ua Artur Mikhno.

According to Natalia Kalmykova, the recruiting company will provide services in the the army for free, while the system of modern recruitment for the the Armed Forces of Ukraine should start working as soon as possible, as the troops need professional specialists, and people need to clearly understand which unit and military specialty military specialty they are going to join.

Artur Mikhno noted that his company is ready to offer services for a systematic approach to attracting people liable for military service to the Armed Forces.

"Today, the Armed Forces need a lot of specialists with civilian specialties. These are drivers, mechanics, gas welders, and construction workers. We want to give units the opportunity to recruit professional soldiers who have relevant experience in civilian life. This cooperation will make our army much more effective," the head of Work.ua said.

This is the second recruiting company with which the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has signed an agreement.

As a reminder, as part of the launch of the recruitment project for the Armed Forces, the Defense Ministry signed an agreement with the Ukrainian employment platform Lobby X.
