It is noted that the conflict broke out after a family shopping trip for gifts. The boy argued with his 15-year-old brother over the the number of presents.
During the argument, he pulled out a gun and began to threaten his brother, and then shot his sister in the chest, who tried to calm them down. The girl died and the teenager was saved.
Police detained both brothers and charged them with charges of murder and attempted murder. According to neighbors, they were always they were always carrying weapons with them.
