The occupiers have banned entry to a 15-kilometer zone near the Dnipro River in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region. A decree signed by local governor Volodymyr Saldo stipulates that from August 1, such a ban will be in effect in the Kakhovka district, and from September 1, along the entire left bank of the Kherson region.
