The incident occurred yesterday. The car was occupied by Ihor Borodayenko, deputy head of the administration of Krasnoyaruzsky district, the head of the administration of Vyazovskoye village settlement and another resident of Krasnoyaruzsky district.
As a result of the mine explosion, Bondarenko had to have his legs amputated. His colleague sustained a mine-blast injury and a laceration of the soft tissues of the head.
The third passenger suffered a concussion and closed chest and abdominal injuries.
