The Russian army attacked the city of Merefa in Kharkiv region. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv garrison, Brigadier General of Justice Serhiy Melnyk, UNN reports.
"Russian terrorists continue to terrorize the civilian population. The city of Merefa came under enemy attack," said Melnyk.
According to him, losses and destruction are being clarified.
