For the appointment of the head of Rivnenska OVA to the post of the head of the State Property Fund, 279 MPs voted for the appointment.

On November 8, the Rada received a motion to appoint Vitaliy Koval, the head of the Military Audit Office, as the head of the of the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
On September 4, Rustem Umerov submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a letter of resignation from the post of the Head of the State Property Property Fund. The next day, the Parliament approved the dismissal of Rustem Umerov from the post of the head of the Fund. Later, the Rada appointed him Minister of Defense.
At that time, instead of Umerov they planned to appoint Olga Pishchanska, who was the head of the of the Antimonopoly Committee.
