The technical requirements establish the purpose, tasks and conditions for the creation and commissioning of the information and communication system "Electronic system for the circulation of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes".
They contain information about the purpose and goal of developing the Electronic System; the functionality to be provided by the Electronic System; the mechanism according to which settlements are made in the Electronic System; the mechanism and principles of interaction between the eAccounts system and economic operators and government agencies; a list of desired components, etc.
According to the agency, eAccise will help businesses protect their goods from counterfeiting, significantly simplify the procedure for obtaining excise stamps without unnecessary visits to tax and paperwork, which is why the dialogue between business and the state is one of the project's priorities.
