For two years, about two thousand Odessans have been without heat due to a conflict between the boiler house owner and the condominium association. However, today, on December 7, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, together with the military command, signed an order that will allow the city to take over the boiler house responsible for heating the building. Kiper reported this on his tg-channel, UNN reported.

Kiper added that representatives of the city authorities, in turn, negotiated with the bank to transfer the boilers and everything else necessary for the boiler house to the city hall for the winter period this year.
"In turn, members of the city council today voted to allocate funds to resolve this situation. We will monitor the further situation," said the head of the EMB.
