MP Labaziuk is requested to be arrested with bail of UAH 100 million in bribery case

The prosecution is requesting arrest with an alternative to bail for Serhiy Labaziuk, a member of the For the Future party, who is a suspect in a criminal case of bribery of top officials in the field of reconstruction. This was reported by a UNN correspondent from the scene.

Details

The case is being heard by the High Anti-Corruption Court. A preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative bail of UAH 100 million is requested for Labaziuk.

This is the case of bribery of the Deputy Prime Minister for the Restoration of Ukraine - Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure of Ukraine  (Oleksandr Kubrakov) and the head of the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine (Mustafa Nayem).
