The rocket hit a playground in the courtyard of the high-rise buildings. As of this moment, three people were killed - a man, a woman and a child. The boy's mother is in a state of shock. Psychologists of the State Emergency Service are working with the woman. In total, at least 5 residents were injured
According to him, rescuers and police are currently inspecting the scene - in addition to the three houses, a kindergarten was also destroyed.
The victims are provided with all the necessary assistance.
An assistance center has been set up. Victims, in particular, can file a report with the police about destroyed and lost property there
