At least 20 people have been hospitalized in Astrakhan, Russia, due to methadone poisoning. This was reported by the Russian media, UNN writes.

Details

Currently, 15 men and 5 women are known to have been poisoned. Six of the victims are currently in intensive care. One of them is in a coma.

The first victims were admitted to the hospital on the night of November 18. Methadone was found in all of them.

Currently, Russian police are looking for the suppliers of this batch of methadone. The number of victims continues to grow.
