The National Police has clarified the classification of the explosion of grenades by a deputy during a village council session in Zakarpattia. The incident will be investigated under two articles - terrorist attack and illegal handling of weapons, UNN reports.
Investigators classified the incident under Part 1 of Article 263 (Illegal handling of weapons, ammunition or explosives) of the Criminal Code. In addition, the Security Service of Ukraine is registering the incident and will investigate it under Part 1 of Article 258 (Terrorist Act) of the Criminal Code, which is under the jurisdiction of the SBU
