"Kyivstar's network is being restored after the largest cyberattack in the telecom industry. Over the past 24 hours, the company's specialists have restored international voice roaming services, eliminated the problem with call drops, and stabilized communication in Kyiv. Currently, more than 95% of mobile base stations on the territory controlled by Ukraine are in working order," the statement said.
It is reported that subscribers have access to voice communication, including in international roaming, and "Home Internet" services.
"Since yesterday, access to mobile data services has been restored, in particular in western Ukraine. Today, the company plans to further restore data services. Technical work is being carried out gradually, in compliance with all safety requirements. The company will inform about 100% availability of services upon completion of all stabilization measures," Kyivstar informs.
In some localities, short-term difficulties with the quality of communication may still occur, but the company's specialists will promptly eliminate them.
