Recently, in the Pechersk district of Kyiv, police officers Maksym Mamchura and Yulia Maruseva found a man in a depressed state who was about to commit suicide. However, the police managed to stop him in time and calm him down.
Subsequently, the inspectors took the man to a safe place and called medics to provide further assistance.
