The KUB Development Corporation, which has been specializing in the implementation of complex infrastructure projects since 2004, has offered improved conditions for the purchase of modern, comfortable apartments to the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and their families. The offer covers the projects of the KUB Corporation under construction in Odesa, which are being developed thanks to our defenders.

The work is ongoing and will continue despite any challenges," emphasized Andriy Nikoniok, GM (General Manager) of KUB Corporation.
KUB Corporation's shareholding covers three properties - Riviera Gardens, Tairovsky Gardens and AQUA MARINE (AQ2) residential complex.
In the residential area Riviera Gardens, servicemen and their families will be able to purchase apartments on a 39-month installment plan without interest. The down payment can be as little as 10%.
In the Tairovsky Sady residential area, defenders and their families will receive apartments with 36-month payments without appreciation with a total discount of 5% and a down payment of 25%.
And in the AQUA MARINE residential complex (AQ2), located at 16 Velykyi Fontan Street, military families can buy apartments on a 39-month installment plan with a 10% down payment.
As a reminder, the two AQUA MARINE houses are an unfinished project under the old name Zolotyi Bereh, which was frozen by the previous customer and then completed by Morskyi 1 Housing Cooperative under the management of KUB Corporation. Neither COVID-19 nor a full-scale war prevented the completion. House No. 1 was completed and commissioned in 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. And building No. 3 was completed and commissioned in early 2023 - despite constant missile attacks and prolonged blackouts. Investors in House No. 3 have already been able to move into their apartments. Currently, Morskoi 1 is building a completely new house number 2, called AQ2. From the foundation, it is planned according to a separate, completely updated project, taking into account the benefits of modern technology and the challenges of the times.
