The head of the Odesa regional state administration, Oleh Kiper, asked residents of the region to respond to air raid alarms and go to shelters, UNN reports.
He reminded that in the morning Russian terrorists launched a missile attack on Odesa region.
"Our air defense forces destroyed a guided missile launched from a tactical aircraft.
Once again, I am asking you to go to the shelter as soon as the danger is announced!" Kiper writes.
