Kherson was again under attack by Russian troops today, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko said on Wednesday, UNN reports.
"Explosions are heard in Kherson! The Russian army is shelling the city from the temporarily occupied left bank. Do not stay in the open! Move to safer places," Mrochko wrote on Telegram.
