The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a bail of UAH 4 million on Kyiv Court of Appeal judge Vyacheslav Dziubin, who, along with three other judges, is suspected of bribery, and ordered him to wear an electronic monitoring device, reports UNN.
"The prosecutor's motion is partially granted. Apply to the suspect Dzyubin a preventive measure in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 4 million," the judge said.
In accordance with the court's decision, the judge also has the following procedural duties:
- to appear at the request of the detective, prosecutor and court;
- not to leave the city of Kyiv without the permission of the detective, prosecutor and court;
- notify the detective, prosecutor, or court of changes in your place of residence and work;
- refrain from communicating with other suspects and witnesses in the case;
- deposit your passport(s) for traveling abroad and other documents entitling you to leave and enter Ukraine with the relevant state authorities.
- wear an electronic control device.
The term of office is until February 18, 2024.
The prosecutor's office insisted on bail in the amount of UAH 6 million 999 thousand 872.

The High Council of Justice upheld the motion of Deputy Prosecutor General and Head of the SAPO Oleksandr Klymenko to grant consent to the detention of Kyiv Court of Appeal judge Vyacheslav Dziubin.
Earlier, four judges of the Kyiv Court of Appeal, who were caught taking bribes to lift the seizure of property from a private company, were notified of suspicion. These are Yuriy Slyva, Viktor Hlynianyi, Ihor Palenyk and Viacheslav Dziubin.
