On a large street in Lubyanka, a special vehicle was avoiding a collision with a taxi that made a sudden turn, drove onto the sidewalk, hit a 50-year-old woman, and crashed into a pole.
"The victim is conscious and is being treated. Emergency services are working at the scene," the statement said.
