The IMF Executive Board approved the disbursement of a $900 million tranche to Ukraine after Ukraine met the necessary benchmarks, including legislative reforms. Prime Minister Shmyhal acknowledged that Ukraine had fulfilled the IMF's conditions in the face of war.
