Ukrainian guerrillas are conducting massive reconnaissance operations to fix the location of oil depots and other significant facilities throughout Sevastopol. This is reported by the underground movement "ATESH", UNN reports .
What's worth noting is that most of the facilities are fenced on all sides with concrete fences with barbed spikes, and there are a lot of video surveillance cameras, both visible and hidden. There are also observation towers for permanent guards and floodlights on the facilities,
