Germany pledges €300 million to support Ukraine's energy sector for repairs and modernization.

Germany will allocate 300 million euros to help Ukraine in the energy sector. German Ambassador Martin Jaeger announced this in the social network X, UNN reports.

"Based on our long-term partnership, Germany is providing Ukrenergo with more than 300 million euros to repair and modernize the power grid," said Jaeger.

According to the Ambassador, Ukrenergo is one of the main beneficiaries of our EUR 200 million contribution to the Energy Support Fund for Ukraine.

"Together we keep the lights on", - summarized Jaeger.
