On January 1, at 12:30, the police received a report that the body of a man with shrapnel wounds had been found in the village of Dvorichna.
"An investigative team arrived at the address and found the body of a civilian man near the house number 15 on Naberezhna Street. The deceased was wearing blue sweatpants, a dark red jacket, rubber boots, and a gray hat. At present, the police are establishing the identity of the deceased and all the circumstances of the incident," the police said.
