Oleksandr Kharlov , deputy head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, congratulated the children of the family-type orphanage on the holidays, UNN reports.

The family-type orphanage is home to 12 children aged six to seventeen. All of them received sweets and gifts from the Deputy Chairman of the UIA.
"Care and support from the government is one of the main factors that helps in these difficult times, so that no child is left behind. It is so important for children to grow up with faith and goodness in their hearts," said Kharlov.
