In case of bail, Kolomoisky is subject to a number of obligations. In particular:
- appear when summoned to court in this criminal proceeding;
- not to travel outside the settlement of the place of residence without the permission of the detective, prosecutor or court;
- notify detectives of changes of residence and means of communication;
- refrain from extra-procedural communication with persons who are witnesses in the case;
- to deposit their passports and other documents for traveling abroad with the relevant state authorities.
“To determine the term of validity of the duties imposed on the suspect for a period of 2 months from the date of posting the specified bail,” the decision says.
