On March 17, in Sevastopol, 18-year-old Ilya B. was detained for writing "No to war, peace to Ukraine" in a ballot paper at polling station #55.
The inscription was noticed after the young man left the polling station.
According to the information received, an investigative team led by the deputy head of the public order department of the russian ministry of internal affairs arrived at the scene and visited Ilya at home.
