Today, on the day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a monument to the hero of Ukraine Alexander Matsievsky was unveiled in Kiev. This is reported by the press service of the Verkhovna Rada, reports UNN.
Details
The sculpture is an almost exact copy of the warrior, it was installed on the territory of the National Historical and architectural museum "Kiev fortress". The opening ceremony was attended by the mother of the deceased warrior.

It is noted that the monument was created by sculptor Oleg Tsyos. the sculpture was created at the expense of patrons and charitable foundations.
