As part of the Transparency and Accountability working group, a meeting was held in Kyiv region to discuss the restoration of damaged facilities that are being rebuilt at the expense of the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression and UNITED24. According to Kravchenko, the meeting was attended by representatives of UNDP, technical supervision, and law enforcement officials who are part of this group.
He added that at the beginning of July, we had already commissioned two apartment buildings:
- in Irpin at 42 Davydchuk Street, which was restored at the expense of UNITED24;
- in Bucha at 2 Energetikiv Street, which was overhauled at the expense of the FLN.
Therefore, there are currently 20 facilities in operation under the UNITED24 program and 47 under the FLN program, where CRSA is the customer.
We plan to commission a number of facilities in the near future. So I asked all contractors to step up their work. The main thing is to do it without losing quality and without trying to inflate prices for materials or services. Everything is under strict control. I know that some of them are slightly behind schedule. That is why I have given them until the beginning of August to catch up with what they have not done. We will have to say goodbye to contractors who ignore our requirements and the terms of the contract

He also said that one of the contractors who is restoring several facilities has been warned.
The deadline for completing the work was missed, and there was an insufficient number of employees at the sites. CRSA's Department of Regional Development has already sent claim documents demanding that the company work in accordance with its commitments
The RMA chairman also emphasized that there have already been precedents for terminating contracts with contractors due to improper work. According to him, today is not the time to play around and persuade contractors to do their job properly.
